Corporate Training Manager

Job Summary

Sanaullah & Co., a well-established tax, corporate, and financial advisory firm with 15 years of excellence, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer to design, develop, and lead training programs in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in corporate finance, taxation, and accounting principles, along with the ability to deliver high-quality, engaging, and practical training sessions to professionals. This role requires the ability to develop comprehensive training materials, conduct hands-on workshops, and enhance the technical proficiency of participants in financial and accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs focused on finance-related topics, such as taxation, auditing, financial analysis, and compliance.
• Develop tailored training solutions for diverse audiences, including junior staff, senior management, and external clients.
• Incorporate innovative methods, such as case studies, role-playing, and technology-driven learning, to enhance engagement and retention.
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content with a focus on real-world applications in finance.
• Regularly assess and refine training materials to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards.
• Partner with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external consultants to co-develop specialized training modules.
• Act as the primary liaison for collaborations with universities, professional bodies, and industry experts to expand training offerings.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
• Lead the establishment of the Training & Development department, setting objectives and aligning them with organizational goals.
• Mentor and guide junior trainers to build a cohesive and effective team.
