We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator with a background in general contracting for US-based construction projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to prepare accurate cost estimates across multiple construction trades. You will play a key role in supporting our US clients by ensuring cost efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of estimates during night shift hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare detailed cost estimates covering a wide range of construction scopes (e.g., concrete, framing, drywall, finishes, etc.).
2. Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements.
3. Collaborate with US-based clients, contractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure accuracy.
4. Analyze project budgets, timelines, and proposals to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
5. Prepare and present cost reports, bid proposals, and supporting documentation.
6. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for competitiveness and compliance.
7. Coordinate with project managers to monitor and track costs throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Cost Estimator in general contracting for construction projects.
2. Strong knowledge of US construction industry standards, cost structures, and multi-trade estimating.
3. Demonstrated experience working with US-based clients (preferred).
4. Proficiency in estimation software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar).
5. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple estimates during night shift hours.
