About In-Country:
In-Country is a UK-based education management company established in 2016. With a team of over 60 professionals across India, Pakistan, and the UK, we manage South Asian recruitment operations for leading international universities and execute creative, high-impact projects across the education sector. In Pakistan, we work in partnership with Education Hub to deliver exceptional services for our clients.
We are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Advisor to represent the University of Greenwich as part of their dedicated South Asia recruitment team. This will be the primary focus of the role, involving a wide range of activities to support the university’s presence and growth in the Pakistan market.

Key Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Relationship Management
- Represent the University of Greenwich at education fairs and exhibitions, advising prospective students on courses and entry requirements.
- Support the University Account Manager at In-Country in executing In-Country’s recruitment strategy to meet student enrolment goals.
- Engage with prospective students and offer holders through targeted calling and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, education agents, and other stakeholders across Pakistan.
- Identify and research potential institutional partners for the University of Greenwich, facilitating introductions and collaborations.
Data & Lead Management
- Oversee data collection at events and from agency partners, ensuring GDPR-compliant storage and reporting.
- Maintain and update the In-Country leads sheet, tracking leads through the conversion funnel—from enquiry to application, offer, and enrolment.
Communication & Outreach
- Implement In-Country’s agent communication strategy for the University of Greenwich.
- Manage the generic Pakistan-facing email account, addressing student/agent queries and escalating issues to the university via the Account Manager when required.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to the university’s UK-based international recruitment team to inform broader strategy.
- Drive brand visibility by identifying and engaging schools across Pakistan; collaborate with school counsellors to deliver impactful student sessions.
- Plan and deliver events targeting enquirers and offer holders to boost conversion outcomes.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- A degree from a reputable university in Pakistan, the UK, or internationally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Confident in engaging with diverse audiences across various communication channels
- Personable, proactive, and able to build rapport quickly
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and well-organised
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
