Job Title: Creative Brand Designer
Department: Design & Media
Location: Sector E Commercial, Rafi Block, Bahria Town, Lahore (PK)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Monthly Salary Range: 60,000 to 80,000 PKR (negotiable based on your portfolio)
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based
Support: Company computer system and access to paid software/tools
Job Summary: The company for which we are hiring is Pakistan’s first immersive real estate marketing agency, combining AI, VR, influencer content, and digital storytelling. We’re looking for a Creative Brand Designer who can bring bold, cinematic, and brand-aligned visuals to life across real estate campaigns. You’ll be at the heart of our branding, content, and launch visuals — from client decks to viral social posts.
Job Duties
(1) Brand Identity Development
Design logos, fonts, color palettes, and visual language for the company and client projects
Create cohesive branding kits for builders, housing societies, and VR booths
(2) Campaign & Social Media Design
Design static and animated graphics for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube thumbnails, TikTok
Collaborate with drone teams and video editors to design overlays, titles, and cinematic visuals.
Visualize ideas for influencer reels, property spotlights, and storytelling ads
Design virtual tour interfaces, mockups, and UI/UX for property portals or apps.
A/B test different visual variations and work with the marketing team to optimize creatives for conversions.
(3) Pitch Decks & Brochures
Format and beautify presentations, proposals, price sheets, and digital brochures
Create professional layouts for sales materials used in developer meetings
(4) Creative Support for Video/VR
Design overlays, intros, and branded elements for AI videos and 360° walkthroughs
Collaborate with editors and motion designers for smooth visual integration
(5) Event & Booth Design
Create visuals for mall booths, expo stalls, and branded display stands
Develop on-site banners, handouts, and screen graphics
(6) Internal Brand Growth
Help launch the company on social channels with stunning, on-brand content
Build visual templates that help maintain quality and speed across franchise
(7) Collaboration & Strategy
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the marketing, development, and client teams.
Translate client briefs into design deliverables that meet both creative and business goals.
Present design concepts and rationales clearly to internal teams and clients.
(8 ) Project & File Management
Manage design timelines and ensure timely delivery of assets
Organize and archive design files properly for collaboration and future use.
Work closely with production teams (print, video, digital) to ensure output matches the design vision.
Required Skills
(1) Design Software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (Figma/Canva a plus) Explore AR/VR integrations for immersive marketing solutions in real estate (absolutely required). Experience with motion graphics, After Effects, 3D visualization tools, Premiere Pro (for transitions and captions) (bonus skills).
(2) Creative Vision: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout & branding
(3) Industry Understanding: Familiarity with real estate, architecture, food, tech, and lifestyle visuals
(4) Soft Skills: Time management, collaboration, attention to detail
(5) Collaboration: Able to work with scriptwriters, editors, and strategy teams
(6) Multi-tasking: Can handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
