Creative Director

Job Brief:

As the Creative Head, you will guide and inspire our talented creative team, overseeing projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with account executives to understand client needs and translate them into creative strategies and executions that exceed expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in design, marketing, and brand development, who can mentor the team and ensure the highest quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceive and implement innovative concepts, strategies, and guidelines for various creative projects.
• Oversee projects from ideation to completion, ensuring quality and alignment with client goals.
• Collaborate with account executives to gather client requirements and develop creative solutions.
• Lead brainstorming and creative sessions, directing teams of designers, copywriters, and illustrators to harness their full potential.
• Write and design unique, well-crafted copy and visuals that meet both client and internal needs.
• Review and approve creative work, providing constructive feedback to the team.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to elevate their skills and performance.
• Monitor project performance and propose improvements for future projects to enhance results.
  
  
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Creative Head or in a similar creative leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in the creative process, including marketing, graphic design, and brand development.
• Expertise in software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, advertising, fine arts, design, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 – Rs250,000.00 per month
