At comeThruStudio, we take pride in crafting creative and highly effective marketing campaigns for clients. As we continue to grow, we’re searching for a Creative Head to guide our creative team, shape the agency’s creative vision, and ensure the delivery of top-tier creative work that drives business results for our clients. This role requires a strong mix of creative leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement in all aspects of the creative process, from conceptualization to final execution.
Job-Type: On-site, Full time
Working Hours: 10 am to 6 pm
What you’ll do:
- Define and oversee the overall creative direction for all client projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Cultivate a collaborative, creative, and results-driven environment that fosters growth and innovation within the team.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, brand vision, and target audience, translating this into actionable creative strategies.
- Oversee the creative development of campaigns across various platforms, ensuring that all content is on-brand, on-message, and on-target.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, copywriting, strategy, digital marketing) to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the quality control of all creative work before final delivery, ensuring high standards of design, messaging, and execution.
- Work closely with project managers to develop timelines, allocate resources, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve creative issues that may arise during the production or execution phases of projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environment. Extensive experience in digital marketing, brand development, and multi-channel creative execution.
- Creative & Strategic Expertise: Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute innovative, effective marketing campaigns.
- Leadership & Team Management: Proven experience in leading and inspiring creative teams, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
- Client-Facing & Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and manage competing deadlines.
