About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and strategic Creative Manager with a strong background in graphic design to lead creative direction across campaigns for our US-based clients. This role blends design expertise with strategic leadership, requiring hands-on content creation as well as big-picture thinking. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-impact visual content and brand storytelling that delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy & Direction: Develop and lead creative strategies that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage creative execution across paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), social media, and web platforms.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and oversee monthly content calendars, ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives and deadlines.
  • Graphic Design Leadership: Use your expertise in graphic design to guide the production of high-quality visuals, including static designs, ad creatives, social media posts, branding assets, and email content.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative assets maintain brand identity and meet high visual standards across all channels.
  • Client Collaboration: Act as the key creative contact for clients—presenting concepts, refining ideas based on feedback, and fostering strong relationships.
  • Pitch & Proposal Support: Lead creative pitches and support business development with mood boards, design concepts, and compelling narratives.
  • Performance Optimization: Review creative performance metrics and adjust visual and messaging strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay current with design trends, tools, and digital marketing innovations to keep creative content fresh and effective.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in creative roles with a strong foundation in graphic design, preferably for the US market.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead design-driven campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, ad creatives, and multi-platform content.
  • Experience in client pitching, storytelling, and campaign ideation.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Creative thinker who uses both design instincts and data to drive results.
