Were seeking a Creative Producer/Director to lead the strategic vision and execution of content across the clients social platforms. This is a hands-off creative leadership role; you'll define the "why" and "what," not the "how" (no writing/designing/editing). You'll orchestrate bold, culturally savvy ideas while leveraging AI tools (like Google Veo3 AI and Kling AI) to innovate video production.

- Thought leadership: Drive provocative cultural commentary and agency storytelling that positions us as industry leaders.
- AI-powered production: Spearhead the use of generative video tools (Veo3, Kling, etc.) to streamline workflows and pioneer new formats.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with strategy, creative, and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
- Fast-paced leadership: Guide editors, clients, and creators in a deadline-driven environment, balancing innovation with scalability.
- A strategic creative, not a doer (no writers/designers/editors need apply). You think big picture.
- Agency-veteran, with a portfolio of social/digital work that blends creativity and business impact.
- Globally minded, with a natural feel for U.S.-led cultural currents and digital trends.
- AI-curious: Hands-on experience with AI video tools is a must, you geek out on tech that transforms storytelling.
- A collaborator: You thrive under pressure, manage stakeholders deftly, and inspire teams without micromanaging.
- 5+ years in a content, agency, or marketing company
- Strong background managing remote teams and creative workstreams
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Comfortable being the face of the company with clients
- Wants to commit full-time to one company and grow into a leadership role
- Strong written and spoken English with a native US tone
