Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Creative and Social Media Manager. In this role, you will be the key driver in managing our client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of their creative and social media strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, oversee the development of social media content, and manage digital advertising campaigns. Your leadership and strategic thinking will be essential in guiding our team to deliver exceptional results that align with our clients' goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement and Strategy Development:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs and objectives are fully understood.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project goals, creative concepts, and campaign strategies.
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable strategies for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Creative Pitches and Presentations:
- Develop and present compelling pitches that showcase our creative vision and align with client expectations.
- Prepare detailed presentations that effectively communicate campaign strategies, project timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Work closely with the creative team to refine concepts and ensure they meet client standards and industry best practices.
3. Social Media Planning and Management:
- Lead the creation, review, and management of monthly social media calendars, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with client branding.
- Oversee the scheduling and distribution of social media content across multiple platforms, optimizing for peak engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and analytics to adjust strategies as needed, enhancing performance and reach.
4. Digital Advertising Campaign Oversight:
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver a strong ROI.
- Collaborate with the team to develop eye-catching ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Work Environment and Hours:
- Office Location: Our office is located in a modern co-working space, providing you with 24/7 access to a range of amenities, including high-speed internet, meeting rooms, and collaborative workspaces.
- Working Hours: This position requires availability from 6 PM to 3 AM, with a one-hour break. The evening hours provide a quiet and focused work environment, allowing for creative thinking and productivity.
