About the Role
SwiftStart is looking for a sharp, imaginative, and data-driven Creative Strategist to help us shape the future of eCommerce brands especially those thriving in the Amazon ecosystem. In this role, you'll lead the charge in creating campaigns that not only build brand love but also drive conversions, launch products, and create community around our portfolio of Amazon-first brands.
This position blends storytelling with strategic thinking and demands someone who can take insights, trends, and product USPs and turn them into scroll-stopping creative across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ideation, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, aligning creative direction with business objectives and market trends.
- Craft compelling narratives for digital, print, and experiential platforms from content calendars to viral campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, growth, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact brand content across social media, web, and other media.
- Own the content lifecycle: from campaign ideation, storyboarding, and scriptwriting to on-set creative direction and final post-production edits.
- Develop content strategies rooted in performance monitoring content KPIs, analyzing audience insights, and optimizing accordingly.
- Stay ahead of the curve on digital media trends, influencer marketing, platform innovations, and storytelling formats from TikTok to web series.
- Support internal branding and recruitment marketing initiatives through strategic content, events, and activations.
- Collaborate on large-scale brand relaunches and activations, delivering results that boost brand sentiment, drive sales, and expand reach.
- Manage and grow brand presence across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on community engagement and follower growth.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a creative strategy or content leadership role, preferably in the eCommerce, Amazon, or consumer brand space
- Proven track record of increasing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions
- Ability to convert complex ideas into engaging, digestible content
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns that combine storytelling with measurable business impact
- Experience with influencer marketing, video production, and event-led branding is a strong plus
- Familiarity with content performance tools, social media analytics, and SEO best practices
- Strategic thinker with a sharp creative eye and deep understanding of audience psychology
Bonus if You Have
- Led digital-first campaigns for top-tier consumer brands
- Experience in scaling social media accounts from scratch
- Worked on content initiatives that directly influenced business growth or recruitment outcomes
- A background in creative agencies, especially within fast-paced or tech-driven environments
