Role Overview

We’re looking for a strategic and versatile Creative Strategist with a sharp understanding of funnel psychology, storytelling, and the needs of high-growth DTC brands. This is a blended role, equal parts ideation, team collaboration, and performance-driven execution. You’ll write compelling ad scripts, direct creative teams, mine customer insights, and develop ideas that drive results. You won’t just think creatively, you’ll think strategically, with a bias for execution and impact.


This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, understands what makes content convert, and has the leadership skills to steer a cross-functional team of copywriters, designers, and editors.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing
  • Proven track record working with international eCommerce brands (8-figure brand experience preferred)
  • Deep understanding of funnel strategy and consumer psychology
  • Ability to reverse engineer creative based on performance data (CTR, ROAS, AOV)
  • Skilled at concepting high-converting hooks and narratives
  • Confident in analyzing customer reviews and market behavior to inform creative
  • Familiar with creative collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, Asana, and Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Highly accountable and able to work independently under tight deadlines


What You’ll Do:

  • Write at least 3 strategic ad scripts per day (UGCs, landing pages, emails, etc.)
  • Analyze audience behavior, customer reviews, and performance data to guide creative planning
  • Provide clear briefs to copywriters, designers, and editors with actionable direction
  • Develop cross-funnel creative concepts (TOF, MOF, BOF)
  • Lead daily feedback loops with the creative team and ensure aligned execution
  • Track creative performance and iterate on underperforming content
  • Present creative direction decks and performance reports regularly
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, frameworks, and competitors
  • Drive weekly ideation sessions and proactively identify process improvements


Key Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • 3 Winning Ideas Per Week: Minimum of 3 validated test-worthy ideas each week
  • 3 Strategic Scripts/Day: High-converting scripts written and delivered daily
  • Creative Direction Decks:
  • Timely, clear briefs with strong creative direction
  • Creative Iteration:
  • Weekly improvement of underperforming creative
  • Customer Insight Mining:
  • Minimum 3 insights sourced from reviews/comments per week
  • Performance-Backed Ideas: At least 30% of ideas must beat CTR/CVR/watch time benchmarks
  • Cross-Funnel Adaptability: One creative idea mapped to TOF, MOF, BOF weekly
  • Same-Day Script Turnaround: All short-form content scripts turned around within 24 hours
  • Team Feedback Score: Maintain a 9/10 average peer collaboration score
  • Proactive Problem Solving: At least 1 creative or process improvement suggestion per week
