Credit Control Executive

Job Summary:
A detail-oriented and proactive in purview of Credit Control and Receivables Management Operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the end to end corporate billing, ensuring timely invoicing, payment collection, and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Purchase Order Analysis: Analyse purchase orders, terms, and conditions to ensure accurate invoicing and payment tracking.
2. Invoicing and Payment Management: Generate and send invoices to clients, follow up on payments, and manage escalations as needed.
3. Collection and Follow-up: Plan and execute monthly collections, follow up on invoices, and manage relationships with key personnel.
4. AMC Management: Prepare and review AMC documents, finalize commercials with banks, and track prorated AMC billing and collection.
5. Documents Management: Maintain records of POs, sign-offs, and other related documents, both digitally and physically.
6. Tax Compliance: Update tax challans to clients where required.
Knowledge of automation and presentation tools like Power BI, Tableau or Gamma will be a plus
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics
