We’re looking for a passionate and analytical CRM Manager to join us full-time and lead CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives across exciting global brands.
The Role
As a CRM Manager, you will take full ownership of the CRM strategy and execution for our partners. You’ll manage end-to-end campaign creation, audience segmentation, and performance optimization across channels such as email, push, and SMS. Your work will directly impact customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- CRM Strategy Development: Build and execute CRM strategies aligned with partner business goals and customer journeys.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and SMS.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Create advanced audience segmentation and personalized messaging strategies to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Testing & Optimization: Run A/B tests and leverage performance data to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Automation Management: Design and maintain automated workflows for onboarding, re-engagement, win-back, and other lifecycle stages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Performance Marketing, Creative, Product) to integrate CRM efforts with broader growth initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Experience: 3-5+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM and email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong skills in data analysis and using insights to inform strategy.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to craft compelling messaging and campaigns tailored to different audience segments.
- Mindset: Proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
