We are seeking an experienced CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016 & D365) to lead end-to-end implementations, customizations, and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge across multiple industries, hands-on experience in CRM configuration, customization, and development, and a solid understanding of Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service Automation).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365, including configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and integrations.
- Develop and customize plugins, workflows, and business process flows to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance CRM capabilities.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Configure and optimize Dynamics 365 Common Data Service (CDS) and Common Data Model (CDM) for various business scenarios.
- Utilize Dynamics 365 Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons to expedite solution deployment.
- Provide expertise in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service Automation modules.
- Develop and customize reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical teams for CRM integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Strong functional knowledge of Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, PSA).
- Expertise in CRM workflows, plugins, JavaScript, and .NET development for custom solutions.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Common Data Service (CDS) and Common Data Model (CDM).
- Familiarity with Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (2016/D365) preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Azure services related to Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Dual Write and Finance & Operations (F&O) integration.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
