We are seeking an innovative and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team and lead our technology strategy. The CTO will play a critical role in shaping our technology vision, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions. Role
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the overall business goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Lead and manage a high-performing technology team, including software developers, engineers, and other technical professionals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the technology department. -Oversee the end-to-end product development life cycle, from ideation to implementation.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chief Technology Officer or in a similar senior leadership role.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Extensive experience in software development, technology architecture, and product management.
In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing and AI.
