Winnors is hiring fresh candidates to join our calling team. The role is simple: you will call U.S.-based prospects, follow a given script, and transfer interested callers to our senior sales agents. No prior sales experience is required—we provide full training.
Key Responsibilities
- Make calls to U.S.-based prospects.
- Follow the provided script accurately during calls.
- Transfer calls to senior sales agents if the customer agrees or shows interest.
- Maintain basic call records in the system.
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (no prior experience required).
- Good English communication skills (must).
- Confident personality with a clear voice and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work night shift (U.S. business hours).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Shift: In between 7 pm PKT to 7 am PKT, Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
- Type: On-site, Full-time (9 hours)
- Compensation: Fixed salary + Commission + Performance incentives
- Training: Full training provided
