Customer Operations Excellence Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Operations Excellence Lead to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving high-impact excellence projects focused on process improvement, digitalization, automation, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, be proficient in PowerBI, and be comfortable with technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-impact projects aimed at improving customer operations.
• Drive initiatives in process improvement, digitalization, and automation.
• Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using PowerBI.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide training and support to team members on new processes and technologies.
• Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes to the Head of Department.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree will be preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and other data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new tools and systems.
