Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers by providing accurate information about our services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and compassion in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information about our lead generation and live transfer services.
Assist clients with their questions, concerns, and service requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

The ideal candidate should have matriculation/o-levels qualification and atleast less than 1 year of experience. The position require enterprise, lead generation, medicare, medical, final, solutions, dedicated, customer service representative, primary, providing, customer experience, customer, phone, email, chat, professional, service, school, diploma, field, customer service, communication, environment, computer, customer relationship, management, benefits, development, make, impact, part, line, connect mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time night shift job.Salary vary between 30k to 150k (PKR) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
