Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karāchi. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide excellent support. The role involves managing customer experiences and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Satisfaction
• Skills in enhancing Customer Experience and working effectively as a Customer Service Representative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus

Timings

• 07:00pm to 02:30 am (Monday to Friday)

Ramadan Timings

• 09:00pm to 02:30 am (Tentative)

Salary & Incentives

• 35,000 pkr basic
• Commission, Bonus, Monthly Bonuses earn upto 55,000pkr and more
