Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support while addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide product or service information and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken English.
• Friendly professionalism for all customer interactions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, sorting, filtering)
• Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems (preferred)
• Punctuality is extremely important – must adhere strictly to shift timings
• Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude
• Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zone)
