Responsibilities
  • Track and support real-time medical deliveries
  • Liaise with drivers, labs, airports, and healthcare providers
  • Manage urgent updates and ensure clear communication
  • Log delivery statuses and resolve issues with dispatch teams
Requirements
  • Strong English skills
  • Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
  • Experience in logistics or healthcare is a plus
