At TJS Studysteps PK, we aim to empower students to achieve their academic and career aspirations through comprehensive support and expert advice.

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Student Counselor for a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The responsibilities include providing personalized academic and career counseling, assessing student needs, and offering tailored educational solutions. The Student Counselor will also collaborate with students to guide them through application and enrollment processes while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining open communication. Promoting our services and ensuring a supportive environment for students is integral to this role.

• Proven skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively toward their academic and professional goals.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to address student inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
• Familiarity with the Education system and university application processes, particularly for Malaysia's top-ranking institutions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an organized and professional manner.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a similar role or within the education sector is an advantage.
