Job Position: Regular Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Work: 8 hours a day and six days a week

Responsibilities
- Prompt Customer Assistance: Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages and inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Order Management: Streamlining Fulfillment Processes.
- Assist in processing returns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of tracking numbers for seamless order tracking.
- Customer Service Chats: Effective Account Support.
- Engage in live customer service chats.
- Address account-related matters and provide solutions effectively.
- Computer Proficiency: Efficient Customer Interaction.
- Utilize computer operations, including data entry, for managing customer interactions.
- Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Key Software.
- Exhibit familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Language Proficiency: Clear Communication with Customers.
- Possess a good command of written and spoken English for effective customer communication.
Qualifications
Location: Must be able to commute daily to our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
Education: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field.
E-commerce Experience: Experience in e-commerce or familiarity with eBay operations is a valuable plus.
You must be able to bring your own laptop to the office daily.

Qualified candidates will undergo training. Individuals who do not meet the specified requirements or are unable to commit to daily in-office attendance should refrain from applying.
