Mywater Pakistan is a water startup based in Karachi on a mission to eliminate the use of plastic water bottles by providing smarter drinking water solutions. Our devices offer a cleaner and greener alternative to traditional water dispensers, and our smart app allows users to monitor water quality in real time on their phones.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Mywater Pakistan in Karachi-Korangi Industrial Area. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, and providing top-notch customer service on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Customer Experience and Customer Service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Experience in the water industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Urdu
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
