Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Mywater Pakistan in Karachi-Korangi Industrial Area. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries, and providing top-notch customer service on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Experience and Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience in the water industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Urdu
- High school diploma or equivalent required
