We're hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives who thrive in fast-paced eCommerce environments and know their way around Shopify and Gorgias.

This is a fully remote, full-time role that demands initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple conversations with ease. If you're confident in your Shopify and Gorgias skills and love solving problems for customers, you're exactly who we're looking for.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide timely, friendly, and accurate customer support via email, chat, and occasionally phone
  • Handle inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and account issues
  • Use Shopify for order management and Gorgias to handle support tickets
  • Stay updated on product changes and customer support best practices
  • Maintain a high level of empathy, professionalism, and efficiency in every interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience using both Shopify and Gorgias in a customer support role
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and a team player
  • Comfortable handling multiple conversations and shifting priorities
