  • This role is responsible for upselling Zong products to customers and serving walk-in customers in the CSC.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer service.
  • Ensure KPI achievement monthly.
  • Maintaining service level while serving customers.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree is required.

  • Preferably 1 year of relevant experience
