Job Description:
We seek a talented individual to integrate the roles of Customer Success Manager and Digital Media Marketer, ensuring customer satisfaction through project management and effective digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer project onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle management.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to meet customer goals.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, maintaining clear communication.
- Conduct regular check-ins and status updates to align on objectives.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform keyword research and analyze website performance using SEO tools.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing projects from start to finish.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Create and manage engaging content for social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends and apply insights to improve presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency with project management and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CMS and website analytics.
- Familiarity with paid search and social media advertising.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
