Job Description:

We seek a talented individual to integrate the roles of Customer Success Manager and Digital Media Marketer, ensuring customer satisfaction through project management and effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer project onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle management.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to meet customer goals.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, maintaining clear communication.
• Conduct regular check-ins and status updates to align on objectives.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Perform keyword research and analyze website performance using SEO tools.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing projects from start to finish.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media channels.
• Monitor social media trends and apply insights to improve presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in customer success, project management, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with project management and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CMS and website analytics.
• Familiarity with paid search and social media advertising.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
