Position Summary:
Cedar’s Client Success Specialist (CSS) has the ultimate responsibility for client success. Client success means achieving or exceeding clients’ expectations, as they relate to Cedar’s services. The Client Success Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Cedar Financial's clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. The Client Success Specialist should be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of the Client Success Specialist include the following:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Cedar Financials’ clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their accounts and answer any questions they may have.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Cedar Financials’ services and offerings.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure client needs are being met.
- Identify areas of opportunity to improve client satisfaction and provide recommendations to management.
- Client revival & Outreach Initiatives.
- AI Integration & Development.
Requirements:
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of procurement experience
- 2+ years’ experience in ARM industry and/or debt collection or in management and/or leading a department
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to negotiate effectively and establish relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis, trend identification, and making informed decisions.
- Familiarity with procurement policies, procedures, industry regulations, and laws.
- Knowledge of contract law and the ability to draft and review contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other procurement-related software systems.
Timing: 8pm to 5am
Location: The Enterprise Building, Multan Road, Lahore
Position: Onsite
