Job Description:
We’re looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success through exceptional project management, effective communication, and robust customer support. This role focuses on guiding customers through their journey, addressing challenges, and ensuring product quality meets their expectations.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the onboarding, implementation, and lifecycle management of customer projects.
· Manage timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects meet customer goals.
· Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
· Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining clear and consistent communication with customers.
· Conduct regular check-ins and status updates to align on objectives and expectations.
· Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless support experience.
· Identify and escalate potential issues to ensure proactive resolution.
· Work with internal teams to monitor and maintain product/service quality standards.
· Gather and relay customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
· Proven experience (3+ years) in customer success, project management, or support roles.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficiency with project management tools and customer support platforms.
· Prior experience in software company working on cutting edge technologies, preferably in AI/ML
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
