This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Representative located in Lahore. The Customer Success Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, and engaging with customers to enhance their experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and working collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues.
- Previous experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in the BPO or software development industry is a plus
