Job Overview:
The Client Engagement Specialist will be responsible for re-engaging with dead leads, communicating with potential and existing clients, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills, have a presentable personality, and be skilled at fostering relationships to convert leads into sales. They will serve as a key point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication & Engagement:
Re-establish contact with dead leads and potential clients via phone, email, and other channels.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of products/services to rekindle interest.
Handle client inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information.
2. Sales & Lead Conversion:
Develop and implement strategies to convert dead leads into active sales opportunities.
Identify client needs and propose relevant solutions.
Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive lead engagement.
3. Reporting & Feedback:
Maintain detailed records of interactions with leads and clients in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams about customer trends and concerns.
Prepare regular reports on client engagement and sales conversion progress.
5. Collaboration & Teamwork:
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and client satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between the client and the internal team to address any issues or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client communication, sales, or lead management.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Job Details:
Experience: 1+ years
Work Timings : 8pm - 5am (Night Shift)
Total Work Hours: 9 hours
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Mode: Full Time Onsite
Location: Ali Block Garden Town, Lahore
