Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Onboarding:
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, including account setup, document submission, and understanding their needs/preferences.
- Provide clear instructions for completing any required paperwork or digital forms.
2. Customer Support:
- Address customer inquiries related to the car buying process via phone, email, or chat.
- Proactively communicate updates on the status of their application or purchase.
3. Education & Guidance:
- Explain the car buying process, financing options, and other related services to customers in a straightforward and approachable manner.
- Offer product and service recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
4. Data Management:
- Accurately record and update customer information in CRM tools or company databases.
- Ensure compliance with all data security and confidentiality standards.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure customers are matched with the right options.
- Provide feedback on improving the onboarding experience.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role (experience in automotive or sales preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital platforms.
Attributes:
