Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, live chat, email, and SMS
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and abandoned cart recovery
- Resolve subscription issues, cancellations, and returns, offering tailored solutions
- Follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Track interactions and meet KPIs using CRM systems and team collaboration
- At least 1 year of customer support experience with a focus on service excellence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues
- Experience in phone support or live chat, with CRM and e-commerce tool knowledge
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals
- Organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- $4/hour + commission on sales generated
