Summary

Cyber Security Operations Lead at Systems Limited is responsible for overseeing an organization's cyber security program, this role is crucial for maintaining the security and integrity of an organization's information systems and ensuring a robust defense against cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the organization's cyber security strategy.

• Incident Response: Lead efforts to respond to and recover from security breaches.

• Incident Management: Oversee the detection, response, and resolution of security incidents.

• Operational Leadership: Lead the cyber security operations team, including the Security Operations Center (SOC).

• Threat Intelligence: Monitor and analyze threat intelligence to anticipate and mitigate potential cyber threats.

• Vulnerability Management: Ensure regular vulnerability assessments and manage remediation efforts.

• Policy Implementation: Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.

• Security Automation: Develop and implement strategies for automating security processes.

• Orchestration: Integrate various security tools and processes to create a cohesive security operations workflow.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive security coverage.

• Monitoring and Improvement: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and systems

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in cyber security, information security, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 7 years, with at least 3 years in cyber security management and 4 years in cyber security operations or a related role.

• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of cyber security, information security frameworks, standards, technologies, and compliance regulations.

• Tools & Technologies: Possess a strong understanding and proven experience with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, NGFW, CSPM, CNAPP, and cloud security platforms.

• Certification: candidate with CISM/ CISSP/ CISA/ OSCP/ CHFI or any related Cyber security certification will be preferred.

• Management: Proven experience in leading and managing cyber security teams.

• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
