Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst working with healthcare/EHR data.
- Strong SQL skills and expertise in data modeling.
- Proven ability to produce fast, actionable insights from EHR/healthcare datasets.
- Comfortable working with warehouse/lakehouse structures and querying large datasets.
- Ability to define meaningful metrics, build dashboards, and communicate insights effectively to business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality and accuracy.
- Work closely with the Data Engineer on the normalized data model to ensure analytical readiness.
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst to align outputs with workflows and key business questions.
- Analyze, interpret, and present data findings to drive informed decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting and analytics outputs.
