Job Summary
The role entails working closely with Sales & Trade Management to understand their analytics needs, focusing on essential metrics and KPIs, and providing actionable insights to the relevant decision-makers.
Also Designing & maintaining databases by analyzing collected data and interpreting data trends and patterns relevant to the function/ organization and create and maintain interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources (Internal & External).

Major Responsibilities
- Streamlining data collection methods to create automated and easy-to-use dynamic formats/ templates pertained to Sales & Trade functions
- Proactively analyze data to answer key questions on what drives business performance and evaluate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity
- Create and maintain interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources (Internal & External)
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
- Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
- Provide actionable insights to support Sales & Trade strategies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant insights
- Support the sales & trade teams with data-driven recommendations and performance metrics
- Attend team meetings including Business Reviews, Commercial Reviews, SPMs etc.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration /Mathematics /Statistics/computer sciences
- 2-3 years of experience in similar role; Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
- Proficiency in data visualization tools ( MS Office, Power BI & SQL)
- Strong analytics skills, including mining, evaluation, and visualization
