Data Governance Engineer - Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced data governance engineer to join our data governance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise data management, hands-on experience with Collibra or similar data governance platforms (such as Informatica, Alation, Talend, IBM Data Governance), and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. This role is critical for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our data governance environment, supporting business users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will be a engaged to Develop, maintain, and optimize configurations, workflows, and integrations with Collibra or similar data governance platforms and other enterprise systems (e.g., ETL tools, data lakes, BI platforms) and Implement enhancements, patches, and upgrades for data governance platforms What you offer

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of experience supporting Collibra or similar data governance platforms in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Collibra or comparable data governance solutions.
• Experience with platform-specific APIs and workflow development (e.g., BPMN, Groovy scripting, or equivalents).
• Strong background in data governance, metadata management, and data quality concepts.
• Familiarity with integration of data governance platforms with ETL, data warehouses, and BI tools.
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
