Education (Preferred)

Minimum graduate along with additional computer training/certification

Area Of Responsibilities

Business

DPO – Meter Reading

• Prepare data transfer for each cycle day in the month as per schedule.
• Process allowance & reversal cases preferably within the month.
• Ensure timely processing of consumer complaints/tickets routed and undertake closures within TATs.
• Ensure processing of unbilled revenue through tariff change and undercharged cases.
• Ensure prompt processing of NC cases (NC, MNCV) for taking them on billing panel.
• Execute Name change cases, SD posting and ensure tagging of all new connections on GIS as per policy.
• Report daily CD wise reports to Line Manager on meter reading exceptions e.g. consumption variance, inactive/minimum cases etc.
• Clear implausible reading cases after acquiring due validations through check readings.
• Post Security Deposit (SD) in system after verification to avoid any duplication and amend Business Master Data accordingly.
• Ensure timely processing of IRBs.
• Lock and unlock disputed amount as directed by Line Manager.
  
  

DPO Recovery

• Prepare DC Schedule after carrying out due analysis of defaulters.
• Verify cash updates for setting DC targets.
• Carry out anomalies’ analysis and coordinate with CA and other functions for issue resolution.
• Prepare schedules for carrying out recovery drives with KE security and other LEAs.
• Maintain mileage statement for vehicles deployed at DCRC.
  
  

DPO Meter Installation

• Prepare schedule for Meter Installation teams (FMR/NC/MNCV).
• Run device replacements on SAP.
• Perform meter replacement related analysis and share highlights with Lien Manager on periodical basis.
• Maintain mileage statement for vehicles deployed at Meter Installation teams.
  
  

DPO Meter Inspection (SIR Working)

• Process Site Inspection Reports (SIRs), update respective consumer data in SAP accordingly.
• Sort SIRs and manually/electronically dispatch them to CA for necessary further action.
• Close the case in system/SAP post resolution and ensure maintaining necessary record.
• Update master consumer mapping file.
• Create debit notes as and when required.
  
  

DPO Meter Inspection (Loss Calculation)

• Execute complete process for calculating LT losses of the IBC on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate with concerned teams for mapping correction and related issues.
• Ensure entering accurate check meter readings in EDM and identify anomalies immediately to the Line Manager.
• Check for discrepancies in received data from MIOs and ensure ground recheck wherever required.
