Data Analyst

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, generating actionable insights, and presenting findings through data visualization tools like Power BI. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data analysis is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Utilize Python for data processing, analysis, and automation of workflows.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to present insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and reporting requirements.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and database management.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries like pandas, NumPy, and matplotlib/seaborn.
• Expertise in Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical insights to non-technical audiences.

Experience:

• 2 - 3 years' Data Analysis experience
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
