Delivery Director- SAP

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director / Steering Committee Lead to oversee large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. The Delivery Director will provide strategic direction, governance, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery within approved budget, scope, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of escalation for IsDB leadership on delivery-related issues. Lead the Steering Committee, providing governance, oversight, and strategic alignment across stakeholders.
• Ensure availability and allocation of resources to achieve project milestones effectively. Provide clear direction and leadership to the project team, driving accountability and collaboration.
• Resolve conflicts and resource-related issues between the SAP implementation partner and client teams.
• Oversee and ensure delivery of the project within the approved budget, scope, and resources. Develop and implement risk management strategies, proactively addressing challenges.
• Monitor and report project performance, ensuring adherence to project governance and best practices.
• Drive stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in project delivery, program management, or IT leadership, with proven experience in large-scale SAP/ERP implementations. Deep understanding of SAP ECC, S4HANA, MDG and cloud environment challenges.
• Strong experience in governance, steering committee management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in project financial management, including budgeting and resource optimization.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve cross-organizational conflicts.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT systems, ERP, and digital transformation programs.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is preferred.
