Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the execution of key commercial and technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The role requires proactive decision-making, risk mitigation, and strong cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence.

A key aspect of the role is ensuring project performance through data analysis, issue resolution, and process improvements, with regular reporting to the Head of Strategy/CDO. The position requires coordination with multiple stakeholders, including Distribution Operations, Projects & Engineering, and Business Finance, to address challenges and streamline execution.

Area Of Responsibilities

• Project Oversight & Performance Management – Ensure structured execution of projects, maintaining alignment with company objectives and operational priorities.
• Risk & Issue Resolution – Identify potential risks early, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address roadblocks affecting project timelines and quality.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with internal functions to resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring smooth execution and timely decision-making.
• Data-Driven Insights – Utilize project data to track performance, forecast challenges, and implement process enhancements for improved efficiency.
• Governance & Quality Assurance – Establish frameworks for progress monitoring, compliance, and documentation to maintain project integrity.
• Collaboration & Leadership – Work closely with project teams to foster accountability, streamline workflows, and drive a results-oriented approach.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 – 8 years of relevant experience
