PURPOSE

The position is responsible

(i) to gather system data, ensure accuracy, critically analyze it, provide insights & translate numbers into information for management decisions.

(ii) to review trends / recent numbers & find out reason behind for possible improvements.

(iii) For data automation & visualization as per business requirement.

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

3-4 years in data analytics, with proven experience creating C-level dashboards and reports

Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation
  • Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) for visualization and analysis
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
  • Knowledge of ABAP and Core Data Services (CDS) for SAP data modeling and development
  • Data engineering skills (e.g., ETL, Azure Data Factory, Python) a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1 Performance Insights / Exceptional Reporting / Ad-hoc Reporting

  • Generating useful Performance Insight for stakeholders, supporting data driven actions.
  • Generate and deliver ad hoc reports to fulfill the specific information needs of top-level management, providing timely insights for decision-making.
  • Support reporting team with data trends, predictive analysis, data analytics during target setting.

2 Performance Dashboards

  • Data Extraction and validation from multiple primary and secondary sources for data analytics and insights.
  • Design and develop user-friendly dashboards, reports, and data models with 360 views of performance every BU.
  • Designing Power Bi performance scorecard presenting daily progress towards vs targets and last year results.
  • Prepare PowerPoint Presentations to communicate complex data and analysis effectively.

3 Data Automation and Collaboration

  • Ensure data automation, reporting & analysis through system languages and tools.
  • Proactively engage with the IT team to resolve any technical challenges related to data systems and tools.
