Purpose

Daily Cash flow Reporting details the Company’s daily inflows from collection and outflows on account of various payments, including vendor, capex, LC and payments against other funded & Non-Funded facilities. It summaries the Company’s daily banking transactions and serves as a baseline for fund planning and preparation of periodic cash flow forecasts.

Daily Collection Report provides the account of Company’s daily revenue collected by all banks across all the customer categories. It provides data to the senior management to identify areas of focus and develop focused collection strategies.

Education

Certification/Degree in Accounting and Business Finance

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Treasury Operations specially in Funds Management and Reconciliation

Area Of Responsibilities

Collections Reporting: 35%

• Obtain daily bank balances from the respective banks to determine the collections realized.
• Identify the useable and unusable collections based on the financing arrangements with the banks.
• Daily reporting of the collection position against the forecast for the period and actual collection in comparative period to the senior management
  
  

Cash flow Reporting: 35%

• To acquire daily financial transaction details of KE accounts from banks, obtain MIS from payment section and update Cash Position to prepare Cash flow with complete actual inflows and out flows.
• Obtain the details of cheques presented in the banks and update the list of the cheques cleared on daily basis.
• Circulate daily cash flow to the Payment section to identify the available funds for unpresented cheques and future payments.
  
  

Other Reporting: 5%

• Weekly reporting to the tax department of the details of cheques cleared to identify the amount of tax withheld against the respective payments which is to be deposited by tax department in government treasury.
• Weekly report to the Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting Department of the details of payments made against procurement of fuel (PSO, BYCO, SSGC) and supply of electricity (IPPs).
• Posting of Daily Interbank Transfers (RTGS) in SAP.
  
  

Idle Collection Reporting: 15%

• Monthly reconciliation of the collections transferred by the respective banks through RTGS and Pay Order against the closing balance in those banks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the collections realized and to avoid idle collections
  
  

MIS: 10%

• Timely updating the daily utilization sheet to identify accurate leverage position and determine finance cost at month end
