Job Purpose

To lead & oversee the entire range of HSE related activities in coordination with line HSE and target zero accidents and work-related injuries

Education & Relevant Experience

• BSc. (Electrical Engineering) preferably or Graduation from a reputed University.
• Sound technical safety knowledge of Electricity Distribution Operations preferably or operational safety
• Overall work experience of 5 years or more
• NEBOSH, IGC certification
  
  

Areas Of Responsibilities

• Perform surprise safety Inspections at sites randomly.
• Keep a record of all activities performed
• Take corrective/preventive actions against negative observations and ensure their closure within the stipulated time
• Follow up on spot, hazard and investigation actions
• Actively participate for updating, modification and development of standards PPEs and SPEs in coordination with TPRE & SC from trials to procurement.
• Revision of various Safety SOPs, and HSE Manual to update as per emergent requirements.
• Coordinate/Participate in ERP drills, Safety Prads, TBT and spot checks as applicable
• Any assignments assigned by the Supervisor.
