The Business Partner Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the successful execution of complex, high-impact projects. This position supports the BP team lead in solution development, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination. The role demands strong project management expertise, meticulous documentation practices, and proactive communication with business units to maintain alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. With a focus on excellence in execution, the coordinator fosters innovation, agility, and synergy across teams while managing multiple technical initiatives simultaneously.

Experience

At least Three (3) years of experience in Project Management, Services Delivery, Software development environment.

Core Skills

• Assist BP team lead in the development of new solutions in conjunctions with all related business departments.
• Coordinate, expedite and report all activities related to project development phases.
• Assist BP lead in all periodic meetings with stake holders (weekly, monthly etc.)
• Prepare documentations of project status meetings (MoMs) and ensure circulation to all concerns
• Document projects deliverables, UAT results and lessons learned from the projects and achieve them for future use.
• Liaison with vendors on projects delivery plus also hold meetings to discuss new innovative ideas.
• Document business processes to make them a reliable source for project development and update it till the delivery of project.
• Constant engagement with business teams and interact frequently to discuss project progress and provide them regular updates.
• Excellent Knowledge of Project Management
• Ability to handle multiple large complex projects and managing highly technical projects.

• BS/BE (Computer Science)
