About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market penetration, leading to increased market share. This role involves leading comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and Below-The-Line (BTL) activities.

The incumbent will leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance, enhance customer experiences, and streamline marketing processes. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Brief responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Strategically plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to strengthen online presence and foster customer engagement.
  • Develop cohesive communication strategies that include PR, digital marketing, content marketing, and social media to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Apply best practice segmentation and customer profiling techniques to maximize the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives.
  • Plan and manage Below-The-Line (BTL) activities such as events, promotions, product launches, and direct marketing efforts to drive consumer engagement.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance data to make informed adjustments and enhance overall effectiveness.


About You

The ideal candidate will be required to have the following:

  • Master’s degree preferably in Marketing or Business Studies from reputable educational institution.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience with proven track record of developing multi-channel roadmaps.
  • Deep empathy for the audience of education market and want to help accelerate their success through relevant, useful communications
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messages
