Job Reporting

Manager/DGM (internal Audit)

Job Purpose

Leading multiple audit teams and supervising the work of other audit staff.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of a comprehensive audit program, along with the identification of key audit objectives and risk areas to be covered.
• Assists the Manager / DGM in the preparation of Internal Audit Plan.
• Responsible for the preparation of the draft audit report along with a preliminary assessment of the control environment.
• Discuss observations with auditees / process owners to achieve agreement and understand their concerns on corrective actions.
• Responsible for the risk classification of observations based on the risk classification matrix of Internal Audit department.
• Review the work performed by team members to ensure the adequacy of the testing performed and the conclusions reached. Ensure that procedures defined in the audit program are adequately and timely carried out.
• Ensure that working papers are adequately maintained, along with supporting evidence.
• Carry out site visits for physical inspection of jobs executed by auditee management.
• Perform special assignments and investigations entrusted by Line Manager / Skip Level
• Ensure the utilization of computer-assisted audit tools during the audit, such as ACL / E-audit.
• Evaluate the work of team members, counseling, and coaching to strengthen their knowledge and skills.
  
  

Education / Qualification & Experience

• BE in Electrical / Electronic from a HEC-recognized university with 02-05 years of experience in Grid System Maintenance / Transmission Network / Grid Project / Transmission Project.
• Adequate knowledge of Grid & Transmission Equipment, and the technical operations of Grid System / Transmission Network maintenance / Grid or Transmission projects, and processes specially related to Grid and Transmission Systems.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using MS Excel, Word, MS Access, and SAP.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must possess a high degree of honesty and integrity.
