We're Hiring: Design and Development Sales-Front Sales Specialist

Shift: Night (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Target: $10K–$15K

Salary: 200K–300K PKR

Location: Block A, North Nazimabad, Karachi

We're seeking a motivated and target-driven Front seller to join our sales team! If you have a knack for identifying client needs and upselling web and design services, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet/exceed monthly sales targets

Understand client needs and industry trends

Negotiate deals confidently

Collaborate with design and dev teams

Track and report sales activity

Requirements:

O/A Levels preferred

Sales experience in web/design services is a plus

Excellent communication & negotiation skills

Strong understanding of web & design concepts

Goal-oriented mindset
