Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer

Loc : Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, configuration, and administration. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce integrations, and will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Experience Range

• 3–5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL
• Expertise in Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows, Auto-Launched)
• Experience with Apex Triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and trigger frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and deployment practices
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning App Builder
• Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including OOB features
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs
• Ability to write clean, reusable, and scalable code
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for onsite/offshore coordination

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Experience Cloud (Community)
• Exposure to Agentforce and Data Cloud
• Experience with middleware platforms (MuleSoft or similar)
• Knowledge of Salesforce performance optimization and monitoring
• Familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and new feature adoption

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
• Customize and configure Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and automation tools
• Develop and maintain Apex triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and integrations
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom UI components
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to deliver scalable solutions
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices
• Support Salesforce integrations with third-party and internal systems
• Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Provide support during UAT, deployment, and post-deployment phases
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and industry best practices

Key Role Requirements

• Ability to explain end-to-end Salesforce configuration and implementation for past projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers
