Learn more at www.airsquirrels.com Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our continuous integration and deployment pipeline, ensuring efficient and reliable web software delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of the software development life cycle, infrastructure management, and cloud technologies Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various applications.

• Manage and administer source control, including git repositories.

• Monitor and optimize cloud-based infrastructure for performance and cost.

• Automate deployment and configuration management processes.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline workflows.

• Implement and maintain security best practices across infrastructure and applications.

• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

• Document processes and procedures related to infrastructure and deployments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.

• 2-4 years of experience working in a DevOps role.

• Knowledge of software development life cycle and release management.

• Experience or knowledge of MongoDB server administration.

• Experience in using/managing source control like git.

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools like Jenkins

• Experience in managing virtual machines, Linux servers, and their various services.

• Experience creating and maintaining scripts via Bash or Python.

• Experience in networking infrastructure and popular networking protocols.

• Experience working with configuration management systems.

• Experience or knowledge of infrastructure and hosting solutions security.

• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience or knowledge of issue and project tracking, and documentation tools, especially Jira, Confluence.

• Experience or knowledge of public cloud providers, especially Amazon Web Services.

• Experience or knowledge of containers and container orchestration, especially Docker, Kubernetes.
